Our relocation services at a glance:
Immigration support – visa and work permit for overseas candidates
Planning the move – shipping, moving with pets, etc.
Flat search – getting a SCHUFA, searching in German, scheduling and attending viewings, applying for flats, checking lease, interpreting at key handover, etc.
First steps – registering address at Bürgeramt (Anmeldung), opening a bank account, activating a SIM card/phone, choosing health insurance, picking up work permit (Ausländerbehörde), etc.
And more – Kita search/school registration, getting a German driver’s license, etc.
Our coaches
All of our coaches speak fluent English and German (and usually a 3rd or 4th language!) and are specially trained in relocation topics. Expath coaches are reliable, friendly and great at handling German bureaucracy!
Our packages
Book our 12 hour package to cover the needs of most employees. We also have 5- and 20-hour options, as well as hourly booking, for maximum flexibility. We’ll customize our relocation packages to fit in seamlessly with your HR processes and provide regular reporting so you know our support is worth it.
In addition to the hourly package booked, each of your new employees will receive access to our relocation platform where they can manage their move, share documents securely, watch our unique onboarding videos, receive flats recommendations from their coaches, and more.
